The product was very good quality looks exactly like in the pictures and is comfortable
And They threw a bunch of extras in the box

Sorry that you are not happy with the shipping, but we do show that your order was placed on 8/26 at 8PM which is after our ship deadline for the day. We did ship out your order on 8/30 {Sorry did not go out on Friday, but decided to get out of town and enjoy the outdoors - We are not Amazon!} which was the following Monday.
